THERAPY SERVICES

We offer individual therapy and family therapy (as needed).  If there is enough interest, we would consider holding a group therapy experience for certain topics.  We believe STRONGLY in providing ACCESS to care - so we have chosen to take insurances at this time (Cigna, Optum, Aetna, United, Oscar). 

Out of pocket fee for therapy only service: 350/hr with Dr. Latimer; 400 for initial evaluation

COACHING SERVICES

Coaching is very different than therapy and instead services are completed in package format. Coaching is appropriate for either private clients who are seeking executive functioning coaching for best student/employee performance, or for private practice professionals requiring coaching for practice performance.  One of the main differences is that there is no need for diagnosis or medical necessity and it is for optimizing performance.

​POSTDOCTORAL SUPERVISION/Qualified Supervision for RHMC-Interns & CERTIFIED EATING DISORDER SPECIALIST SUPERVISION/CONSULTATION 

CEDS CONSULTATION.
Dr. Kelsey is a CEDS-S, meaning that she has been approved by IAEDP to provide CEDS consultation/supervision hours for professionals who are pursuing their CEDS credential. Contact us for rates and supervision agreement.

POSTDOCTORAL & REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH INTERN (RMHC) SUPERVISION.
Dr. Kelsey is licensed in the states of Texas and Florida and has been providing postdoctoral supervision for dozens of clinicians since 2011.  She is a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida and has provided supervision for several RMHC-Interns.  Contact us for rates and supervision agreement.

Psychological and neuropsyhcological testing

Dr. Kelsey is a licensed clinical psychologist with emphasis in neuropsychology.  She is also a certified school psychologist and has completed hundreds of psychoeducational assessments for school systems in Texas and Florida, and private assessments across the lifespan.

School psychologist certification means she is qualified to provide you/your child with psychoeducational assessments that test for various conditions: ADHD, Specific learning disability, cognitive functioning and others.

Additional licensing as a counseling psychologist means that she is highly qualified to provide adults in addition to children with comprehensive testing that covers the lifespan, and is able to diagnose specific conditions that are influencing your testing scores.  Dr. Kelsey was specially trained in a highly specialized technique called therapeutic assessment. She prides herself on "creating a picture" of the person she is working with throughout the report such that all the results help you understand yourself or your child as a full person.  Individualized treatment recommendations are then made using evidence-based practice guidelines.  She will always walk you through a guided feedback on your results so you leaving fully understanding yourself and/or your child.

Please remember, insurance coverage does not mean you will not have copay/deductible, and you are still responsible for covering those.

learning disability ONLY: $1500 
ADHD ONLY: $1500
Personality testing: $1000

Medication services

Dr. Kelsey is board certified as a PMHNP-BC in addition to being a licensed psychologist making her capable of prescribing psychiatric medications in the state of Florida. Stay tuned for this service option at KML in the future.  Currently, Dr. Kelsey is providing medication services in partnership with a local psychiatrist and does not take insurance for these services.
