Every comprehensive evaluation is personally completed from start to finish by Dr. Kelsey or Dr. Ariane, licensed doctoral psychologists with more than 15 years of experience each and hundreds of comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations completed.
Because every evaluation is completed personally by a doctoral psychologist, appointments are intentionally limited and often book weeks in advance.

What are My Options?
We offer several options from the most affordable testing experience to the most exclusive depending on your needs.
$Insurance-based payment
Option 1: Insurance Focused Assessment
We currently take some Cigna, Aetna, Optum and United Health Plans in Florida. If this is you and you have a specific focused question, like attention, autism, social relationship/personality issues, or memory problems, we can see if insurance may cover your focused assessment question. It could be as low as zero dollars.
$1500-2000
Option 2: The Focused Assessment
This is for people who may have the same questions as noted in option 1, but do not have a covered insurance plan. You have a focused question that you need assistance with and we can assess that specific issue. A superbill again can be given to submit to insurance for partial reimbursement. Sometimes Out of Network benefits cover more than you might think!
$3500 - all inclusive
Option 3: The Comprehensive, Personalized, All-Inclusive Experience.
This is the experience where we look at everything - cognitive functioning, achievement, neuropsychological profile, adaptive skills, personality, ASD/ADHD (if needed), and anything else that gives the whole picture of you! This tells the whole story of what might be going on within you and any co-occurring conditions that might be influencing one another. Superbill included for out of network reimbursement! We can even come to you if needed for travel charge in areas around south Florida.

We offer insurance superbills and can provide additional documentation (as appropriate) for:
• School accommodations (504 Plans and IEP recommendations)
• College disability services

• Workplace accommodations
• Coordination with your healthcare providers
