Clients often tell me they forget I’m a psychologist with a stack of degrees. Because they feel like they’re just talking to someone who truly sees them.
That’s the point.
If you wouldn’t want to have a cup of coffee with your therapist, why would you want to share your life with them?
I bring a lot of clinical expertise to the work, but more importantly, I bring presence, humility, and a deep belief in your ability to heal.
I’ll help you slow down, tune in, and uncover the truth you didn’t know you were already carrying.
I’m someone who listens closely, not just to your words, but to what’s underneath them.
I’ll challenge you when it’s time, sit with you when it’s hard, and make sure you leave every session feeling a little clearer.
Clients say they feel safe, understood, and never like “just another time slot.”
If we work together, you’ll know I’m in it with you—and that I genuinely care.

Obsessed with my two cats—would have a million if I could
I love salads with a side of fries and despise diet talk
I believe education is a privilege - my dad never had the opportunity to go to college and this was always instilled in me as a first-generation college student
